And we’re off!
At the weekend we had the season opening Skipton triathlon and a good number of LBT athletes took part. We also held a transition skills training session at the Brownlee Track and the parkrun league returned on Saturday with a visit to Nostell Priory parkrun! One week in and its already a busy one! We’ll be checking the lake temperature this week as Open Water swimming season approaches – the exceptionally cold winter means it’s been lower than previous years at the same time. We’ll update.
