Swim and Run at Otley lake. Swim 8 - 845/90 and run to follow till c915. Plan to arrive just after 730 (when the gates open) to get down the lane We will have an orientation area for Youths where we will do OW skills, starts etc before (if you want) joining in with the main loop Run will be straight out of the water, make sure you bring trainers with elastic laces Membership cards are needed to gain entry at the gate to the lake Wetsuits required please along with a blue swim cap to distinguish from the adults. No toilets or indoor changing areas Note: You must be able to swim 500m without stopping, there is nothing to get hold of and you can’t put your feet down!. It is essential that you read the OWS 2021 Guidance Document before booking. As a reminder NO cars down the lane - park in Otley centre NOT the entrance to the lake. Remember it is around a mile from the entrance so suggest cycle or run down the lane. Parents can book in to either do a role to run the session (and get free swim as well as a bit of cash if you want) or book on the adult session. If you are keen to help email ows@lbt.org.uk.

For Junior members and invitees aged 8-14yrs Facilities are open but you will need a mask to go in to the Brownlee Centre. If you use bike shoes, don't forget trainers for running in! Don't forget your helmet and a named water bottle.    

For YOB 2007 and older (so 14 or older by the end of the year), unless otherwise agreed.  If unsure ask Dress appropriately for the weather, bring drinks and layers to keep warm. Plus trainers as well as bike shoes / cleats   A reminder on Brownlee Centre rules toilets are open but you need to wear a mask indoors (so to go to the loo) - so ensure you bring one ! changing rooms are not open - come ready to ride / run and change post session at home
