Juniors Swim/Bike/Run Training

For Juniors Members (and Invitees) aged 8-14 yrs.
You MUST reply to the Fit to attend email every week by Friday Evening to confirm no change to health, Thank you.
You need to wear a mask indoors except when swimming! Please ensure you bring one.
No changing rooms so please come with your swimwear under your clothes.
Dress appropriately for the weather, bring drinks and layers to keep warm. Bike shoes are not necessary; Bike will be on concrete / hard surface and run on grass.
