Junior Training – Running and Bike skills

For Juniors Members aged 8-14 yrs
You MUST reply to the Fit to attend email every week by Friday Evening to confirm no change to health, Thank you.
Toilets are open but you need to wear a mask indoors – so ensure you bring one !
Dress appropriately for the weather, bring drinks and layers to keep warm. Plus trainers/ off road shoes if using bike shoes / cleats .
Bike will be on concrete / hard surface and run on grass
